WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

The Inside Sales Representative will join the marketing team to help support both marketing and sales. This person is responsible for lead & appointment generation, pre-qualifying, scrubbing, booking appointments, and better help equip our sales team with selling.

We are a rapidly growing employee health & benefits company in one of the most dynamic industries today. We are also in one of the most exciting stages: developing our brand and brand story while building buzz and demand generation. This position will be pivotal in our success as we try to keep up with our rapid growth.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Call leads and prospective customers through VOIP telephones
  • Confirm or obtain prospect information such as name, address, and email along with other key fields to support sales
  • Scrub pre-qualified leads
  • Schedule appointments for the sales team
  • Manage data for leads in Salesforce CRM platform
  • Support sales and marketing teams with insight on how to adjust lead scoring/grading model
  • Take on a variety of other awesome projects

WHAT YOU NEED:

  • Experience with cold calling
  • Minimum of 2 years in telemarketing/inside sales
  • Minimum of 2 years using CRM platform
  • Ability to take direction and constructive feedback
  • Willingness to ask questions, learn new skills and execute on a plan
  • Organized, with an ability to prioritize time-sensitive assignments
  • Professional and personable demeanor
  • Healthcare/industry experience a plus
