Responsible for ensuring accurate, timely, and efficient reporting and input of data related to core business in our Self-funded business.

  • Perform business analysis, identify root cause, and develop recommendations and solutions to drive process improvements
  • Participate in complex data related analytical projects to drive business decisions and efficiencies
  • Deliver ad hoc reporting and analytics within an agreed-upon SLA
  • Develop and maintain a variety of reports and dashboards
  • Test and validate reports to ensure data accuracy and quality
  • Ensure solutions meet the client’s needs, support the extraction of actionable information, and align with client objectives

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience
  • Strong knowledge of SQL, including 3-5 years’ experience writing queries and leveraging advanced SQL concepts & data storage structures.
  • 2+ years of experience in business intelligence platform such as Qlik Sense or like platforms
  • Experience developing operational reporting and performing complex data analysis
  • Highly proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, Access, and PowerPoint)
  • Ability to integrate and analyze multiple sources of data
  • Ability to effectively interact with business partners and external clients
  • Excellent prioritization, multi-tasking, and organizational skills
  • Commitment to quality, motivated self-starter and takes ownership of work
  • Ability to work independently and self-directed
  • Experience in healthcare a plus.
